End of the Year Schedule
The link for the 8th grade schedule for the week of June 7th is posted below. Parents must sign and return the consent form so that I can dismiss their child after each graduation practice.
Book collection for remote students.
Parents can drop them off anytime between 9 and 2, Monday through Friday, no appointment needed. Make certain to label the books with the student’s name so they are credited with returning them. All books must be returned prior to graduation.
Student of the Month
This month’s Student of the Month is quiet and unassuming, which is why she prefers not to show her photograph. She is consistently happy, cooperative, and strives to succeed. Unhappy with remote learning this student has impressed me with her determination to regain what remote learning cost her last year. She should be proud of her accomplishments–I know we’re proud to name her Student of the Month.
The Graduation Mass and ceremony will take place at 4:00 on Friday June 11th. Each graduate can bring two guests, The ceremony will be live streamed so other friends and family members can watch. All tablets and books must be returned, and financial matters must be settled prior to graduation.
Boys should wear shirts and ties, girls should consider light colored dresses since their gowns are white. No students are to wear sneakers. Parents are asked to hold their children’s cell phones.
The day of graduation all students will assemble in the school yard by 3:45. In the event of rain we will meet in the church basement.
