Dear Parents and Guardians of Incarnation Catholic Academy,
As we continue to work on re-opening Incarnation Catholic Academy for September 2020, some questions have come up by phone or email.
First, while most of you are happy we will be going back to full days Monday through Friday (hopefully), some parents have expressed concern about this, and already know they are not sending their children to the Academy building for instruction. For these students, the curriculum will be taught by remote learning. Tuition rates will be the same for all students, regardless of whether they are being taught in the school building, or at home.
Also, this is a gentle reminder to those families who still have not finished paying for the 2019-2020 school year, that you must have a zero balance in order to hold a seat for your child, for September 2020.
If there is a hardship that has occurred, please email me so we can set up a meeting to figure out a solution. Fr. Gannon is very willing to listen and help in any way he can.
Ms. Williams will be transferring all old debt to the FACTS system on August 1, 2020, which will be added to your August 15th bill. She would like all 2019 -2020 arrears paid to FACTS by July 31, 2020.
